Brief overview

VOLUNTEER BOCCIA RAMP ASSISTANT

Boccia is a fun and exciting social game! Volunteers will be assisting athletes by following their playing strategies and signals. 

Boccia is a fun and exciting social game! It is played indoors on a flat, smooth surface. A target sport, the object is to get your 6 balls closer to the white jack ball than any of your opponent’s 6 balls. Volunteers will be assisting athletes by following their playing strategies and signals. We are looking for people who are organised, well presented and good communicators. You must be physically able to assist with the ramp and able to be on the court for one hour.

Some previous experience engaging with people with a disability would be well regarded. Training and support is provided. 

Additional requirements

Working with Children Check. National Police Certificate. Class C Driver's Licence.

Wednesdays – Kahibah Bowling Club 11am to 1.30pm and Thursdays – Woy Woy Recreational Club
